>>154676 it's originally a script animation from pixiv which I downloaded as a zip. mjpeg is what old digital cameras used for taking video, it's just lots of jpeg still images in sequence inside an avi or mov file. you can also compile mjpeg video from still images as long as the dimensions are all the same and the macroblock format is compatible (found out that only 3 of the 4 possible methods is allowed for whatever reason when I attempted to perform a lossless rotation on a sideways mjpeg video) so I compiled the frames into a video file and then exported it with virtualdub to get a looping animation
