I've installed the Route 15 mod and I'm now making my way to the NCR outpost (I assume that's how you access the new locations and such).

Basically, the whole thing is set up like a Spaghetti Western movie, and at the end you're taken to a location somewhere in Oregon (I think), with a cowboy town, a bunch of outlaws and shit. Very cool.
