Imagine they add a nu-metal radio station to Fallout New Vegas 2
Long 15 radio is pretty dope :D
>>147754 Can't even imagine what kind of fucked up retcons they will come up with and what kind of "canon" they'll invent for the FNV ending. The show showed very little appreciation for Fallout lore, and I doubt they'll bother with it when making the second game.
>>147756 Well, they can either do it very well, or very badly. As long as they preserve the vibe of a complete whackjob of a Courier and maximum freedom in decision making, it should be fine. Plus modding set the bar extremely high, if the game isn't up to spec, it will flop badly.
>>147761 Nu-Obsidian is known for putting out generic dogshit like The Outer Worlds 1-2. It's not the same company that made FNV anymore. They "could" make a decent Fallout game, but it's extremely unlikely that they actually will, especially under MS. >As long as they preserve the vibe of a complete whackjob of a Courier and maximum freedom in decision making, it should be fine. I will actually make a set of predictions right now (you can screenshot them or use them to bet on polymarket or whatever, I don't care): - The main character in FNV2 is not going to be the courier - It's going to be a waman (probably voiced) - The "sequel" will have almost nothing to do with the first game and will probably be based almost entirely on the Fallout show - They're going to cater entirely to the TV show fanbase with it and tell Fallout game fans to fuck off when everyone gets mad that it's not like FNV and doesn't have anything in common with it
>>147765 That's the bad option :D Fallout: Veilguard :D Again, I don't bother, because FNV and TTW is literally here. Fuck, I even liked the Frontier, I had lots of fun with it. Highlight of my current playthrough: Jin Roh armor, MG 42 and walking through NCR Correctional Facility and blasting the fuck out of everything :D
>>147776 I wonder if you'd enjoy playing my custom TTW modpack. It's pretty extensive and mostly vanilla+. I could probably upload it to Pixeldrain. It's completely standalone and I made it so it can run without GoG or Steam.
>>147782 I might, but again I don't like to spend too much time modding. Get me a silenced sniper mod, a silent SMG mod and whatever fun stuff I grab off the Nexus and I'm good.
>>147787 Well, that's the point. It's already fully functional, with all the mods installed. You unzip it and play it.
>>147790 Sure, why not, but imageboard hygiene is a thing. I'm not installing anything which is not from a good source :D
>>147793 I get it. I probably wouldn't either. The source is my personal game archive. I can just share the list of mods from Mod Organizer 2 then.
>>147810 Sounds good, but I probably wouldn't download it in bulk anyway. I found out, that modding too much is a thing and it alters the game so much, it's not what it's supposed to be anymore. Mechwarrior V is a good example, dumping way too many chassis and equipment mods alters the initial balance too much, so you have to compensate with difficulty mods, etc. It's cool, but it's an endless spiral.
>>147810
>>147812 It's mostly just new locations/cut content/Fallout 1-2 guns and a bunch of fixes and quality of life mods. Nothing really drastic. I did add some mods that change how damage and such works, because I hate bullet sponge enemies or being a bullet sponge myself in Fallout.
>>147815 That's why I play sniper :D Of course vats is haram, I like aiming. It's a peaceful playstyle :D You played Long 15? If not, then you should. It's quality.
>>147819>You played Long 15? If not, then you should. It's quality. Is it compatible with TTW? I guess I've heard about it, but was worried about potential conflicts.
>>147822 Oh brother, you're missing out! It should be compatible, as it's just an .esp Fuck man, this is a DLC sized campaign filled with quests, fully voiced and shit :D And unlike so many projects it's done, released and fully working :D
>>147834 I guess I know what I'm gonna do on the weekend. Too tired now and already in bedst. Need to get up early and start preparing for a workake meeting.
>>147835 It will take more, it's 20h at least with exploration and shit :D Seriously, get it. I haven't seen this quality since Enderal.
Why would anyone listen to nu-metal?? Srsly why?? Lmaoo
>>147919>fag weeb hates nu-metal
>>147919 Because it's kewl
Necromanced :D
>>148802 We Roat 15 now.
>>148802 Alien President Kimball was revealed to us on 10.07.2026
Real schizolauta hours
>>148804 I'm also on the Long 15, finishing quests :D Will get into Someguy stuff today :D Do you like the new radio? I love it :D
>>148858> Will get into Someguy stuff today :D I looked into it, and people say not to use the old Someguy mods, because they break stuff in the latest version of the game. You're going to need the LE versions of the Someguy Series. The problem is, a lot of those LE Someguy mods are still in beta. Kind of upsetting. I decided not to add them to my modpack for now. Haven't listened to the new radio yet. Didn't realize there's a new station at all, just blasting Mr Vegas the entire way.
>>148858 Wait. Which one is the new radio station?
>>148859 I'm not using TTW and I'm only very lightly modded, so it should be fine. Everything seems to have loaded correctly, so I don't expect trouble.
>>148862 Ah, you need to unlock it, sorry. But there is one and it's cool. Want me to tell you where? :D
>>148863 Should be good then. >>148865 Nah, I'll find it.
Did the first chapter :D It's fun and straightforward, the way I like it :D You get a ton of unique guns too! :D I will start the second one, it's more involved :D
>>149012 Yea, I think his mods add some kewl cowboy guns and shiz. Pretty nice. I might install those LE beta mods for TTW anyway and see if they're playable.
