>>155748 (AP) good luck brotha
>>155749 Is it an omen??? >>155750 I've heard the initial session might not be all that pleasant but after that it picks up and starts doing its intended thing >>155751 Ty bröther
First time? If not, how is it
>>155754 People prolly get super nervous and stressed during the first session and it ruins the experience. Need to try and attain zen tier mental settis, relax and enjoy yerself. It's gonna be okay.
>>155758 Ye first tyme today >>155759 Feeling oddly calm rn but the nerves definitely are alert in the background. Yesterday too and it probably drove me to pedal to the middle of nowhere for a breather
>>155759 Good ass song
>>155775 In a meeting now. I'll llisten to the song a bit laterst. >>155781 Give this one a listen too if you haven't yet.
Leaving rn
>>155775 It's nice to get out and clear your heda regularly, listen to musik and vibe. I just wish I wasn't a city slicker and lived closer to the countryside, so I wouldn't have to be content with walks around this boring concrete jungle. Drinkakeing in the lap of nature sounds so much cozier, too. Good song. >>155781 I love her voice so much, it's unreal. >>155797 Good luck.
Delete your social media, delete YouTube from your phone, block porn sites and force yourself to stop watching them. Do some physical activity every day, even if it's just light exercise (I know it sounds like a meme, but your dopamine receptors are fried and that’s part of how you fix them). Then focus on finding real solutions to the actual problems in your life instead of chasing forms of escapism. If the problem is your education, consider getting help from a tutor. If you’ve got a shitty job, look for a new one, and so on.
>>155750 Wasn't nearly as dramatic or intense I had anticipated. Felt as the little ol' Dunce the entire time and no spectacularly differing thoughts or thought-processes went through my mind, but thinking and handling said thoughts required less energy and held less emotional weight / baggage. Reduced hyper-vigilance across the board during and after the treatment, life and living doesn't appear as burdensome and serious for the time being. The bodily sensation was essentially identical when you've drunk a LOT of booze and the next day your body feels all soft/numb and porous; almost like the tip of a cotton swab. Pretty surprising comparison but that's exactly what it was like, without the other horrifying hangover symptoms ofc
>>155899 Sounds really nice and relaxing. Like a 5/5 hangover without even the most minor negative effects. I hope it has a long-lasting effect. Were you under observation the entire time or did they let you go right after you got ryyb and narc'd?
>>155900 Was laying down by myself the entire time, save for a singular blood pressure check-up. After the sesh was done I was free to go immediately but decided to sit down for a few minutes to be sure am not going to trip over. R8'd Breddy good experience/5 Next Tuesday is the next one
>>155901 epin do u think it will work vs depressio
>>155901 Nice! Good to hear P.S. I saw a guy who looked 99 % like you
>>155921 Where did the image disappear???
>>155913 Definitely in some way or another. Another thing tho is how much of it will stick long-term >>155921 Me the 1%:center
