>>146712 I work for a local branch of an Ameri firm. They contacted me online a few years back when I was freelancing and asked for help with their new office on site. I started off kinda small and with dogshit pay, but worked my way up over the years. My current pay is nice by local (and prolly EU) standards, but the job is too stressful, and I have way less free time now compared to when I was self employed and made my own hours. Still not sure if it’s better to be paid less and have more free time or be paid more and have less free time. Both have their perks.
