They're supposed to be some kind of purgeable data that gets automatically removed when the system runs low on space but they don't get removed ahd the system keeps displaying whinefications complaining about low free space. They're supposed to be some dynamic wallpapers but I don't even use them, I can't disable downloading them in the wallpaper system settings or even remove it from there.
